Feature and Follow (10)

FF 2012 Feature & Follow #106
Time for a blog hop :-) I have been sick all week but finally, I'm feeling a little better. So I'm really looking forward to my last free weekend in a while!

Feature and Follow Friday is a blog hop hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read

Here are the rules to the blog hop!
To join the fun and make new book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:

    • (Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Hosts {Parajunkee & Alison Can Read}
    • (Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers
  • Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
  • Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say “hi” in your comments and that they are now following you.
  • If you are using WordPress or another CMS that doesn’t have GFC (Google Friends Connect) state in your posts how you would like to be followed
  • Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don’t just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don’t say “HI”
  • If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love…and the followers
  • If you’re new to the follow friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!

Q: What book(s) are you reading right now? What do you think of it?

Of Poseidon (Of Poseidon, #1)I'm having an issue that other people have alluded to-- I'm in between books! Yesterday, I just finished Of Poseidon by Anna Banks, which I wasn't a huge fan of, but the huge cliffhanger at the end finally made it interesting so I may just pick up the next one to see what happens!

Wither (The Chemical Garden, #1)I started Wither (Chemical Garden) by Lauren DeStefano last night, but am only a few pages in. It's tantalizing enough that I decided it was my next read after I finish one of my required reviews.

I have read mixed reviews of Poseidon but maybe that's all the more reason why I should pick it up myself.

  10. Normally I'm in between books too. I've heard good things about Of Poseidon. I feel like there are the people that love it and the people that are kind of like it was okay.

  12. Nice! I sooo want to read Of Poseidon! Read Wither but didn't like it at all myself. Wasn't my kind of read, lacked paranormal.

Hope you enjoy your reads though!

  15. I read Wither a while ago and liked it, although my reading tastes have changed by now, so I'm not sure if I would still enjoy it. I've also heard mixed reviews about Of Poseidon, but it's still on my TBR list, and the cover's definitely beautiful :D
