Welcome back, everyone! Thank goodness it's Friday :-) It's been a long week, but the weekend is finally here. And so is this great blog hop!
Feature and Follow Friday is a blog hop hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read
Here are the rules to the blog hop!
To join the fun and make new book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:
- (Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Hosts {Parajunkee & Alison Can Read}
- (Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers
- Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
- Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say “hi” in your comments and that they are now following you.
- If you are using WordPress or another CMS that doesn’t have GFC (Google Friends Connect) state in your posts how you would like to be followed
- Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don’t just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don’t say “HI”
- If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love…and the followers
- If you’re new to the follow friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!
Great answer! I had already been blogging for years before my book blog, so my friend had already showed me how to put on GFC and all! :)
ReplyDeleteOld follower, thanks for stopping by!
I've been blogging for 3 years now, I believe. And I couldn't think of anything I do different! It's a learning experience!

ReplyDeleteIt took me absolute ages to even figure out there was this wonderful community of book lovers! I was sort of talking to myself for a couple of months, between work and uni my posts were anyway infrequent... it sure has been a learning experience :-)

Good answer! Tyler-Rose and I have been blogging for almost a year, and I feel the same way--it's a process, and it's fun. The only thing we're trying to change right now is the fact that we don't have an About Us page.
ReplyDeleteOld follower. :) I don't have an FF up today but I decided to stop by.
That's a great answer. I also like your Rant section. I'm an old follower.

New follower here! Very pretty blog. I am always tweaking the little things on my blog, but don't change the main theme.

Great Answer :) When I first made my blog, I was totally set on my design process. How I wanted it to look and what not. And when I finally finished with that, I thought "uhmmm now would be a good time to post something" lol. I like that you're able to go to blogger friends for advice on your blog and how to do things.. No one should be afraid to ask a question :) Thanks for stopping by my FF <3

Great answer! I think that the learning process is invaluable. Thank God for Google :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by!
I don't think I would do anything different. If you are going to maintain your own blog, it is a learning process, which is half the fun. Every time I figure something out, I am so proud of myself. lol
ReplyDeleteI complete agree with you! I loved my noob journey to book blogging to a not-so-noob one :)
