Post Two: Back to Blogging! #Bookmail squeals and Box of books giveaway (US only) and Swag (INT)

Dear fellow readers:
I have to admit one of the BEST parts about getting back to blogging is the freaking amazing #bookmail! I'm getting reacquainted with each of the publishers and meeting new ones, and it's about the next best thing to going to BEA myself. I guess I'm avoiding the crowds this way! Anyway, recently, I've had some terrific book mail!

From Jimmy Patterson's new publishing company, I received Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerry Maniscalco, which I am dying to read. From Flatiron books, I got the highly anticipated American Girls by Alison Umminger and Caraval by Stephanie Garber.

I was fortunate enough to win The Fall of Butterflies by Andrea Porter from Armchair BEA individual giveaways, and a RT twitter contest for an ARC hosted by the amazing Sarvenaz Tash for one of my most anticipated reads, The  Geek's Guide to Unrequited Love!

I won a graphical novel, Snow White by Matt Phelan from an Armchair BEA twitter party! I also won an audiobook of The Gene: An Intimate History by Siddhartha Mukherjee (not pictured), winner of the Pulitzer in 2010 for The Emperor of Maladies.

And I got three amazing books from a twitter contest hosted by Jamie Adams. The most amazing part of all of these is I haven't read any of them, but they are all on my TBR list, and I also don't own any of them... until now!
Lastly, I ordered Willowgrove by the amazing Kathleen Peacock, the exciting conclusion to her Hemlock trilogy. Little did I realize that I'm in the acknowledgement section!
So I am really lucky to get to come back to blogging, and back to some amazing books!!! Don't forget to enter my mystery box of books giveaway! If you post a comment on today's post, you get 5 more entries (see details on the rafflecopter on how to get those entries)!

  1. My recent favorite book mail was from Amazon, from me to me lol. It was Jennifer Armentrout's newest YA book, The Problem with Forever. Thanks!

  2. Book mail is just the best, isn't it?! The best book mail I've gotten recently is actually a book I ordered myself-- A Court of Mist and Fury which was absolutely phenomenal!

  5. I love bookmail! I've gotten some pretty great ones this year, but I have to say that my favorite is from January when I got a hardcover of Passenger by Alex Bracken from Disney Hyperion. It's one of my favorite reads, that I've read 3 times already.

  7. I <3 ARCs, especially in physical format! I only have one currently (hopefully more to come) and plan to collect them unless (shudders to think) I don't enjoy them, in which case I will give to a loving home.

  8. I love driving around the corner and spotting a package at my door. I just won a copy of Finding Audrey and I'm eagerly awaiting its arrival.

  9. Bookmail is awesome. I signed up for subscription boxes just so I know I can expect something - everything else is just a nice surprise. I have finally stopped ordering from Amazon. I haven't gotten many ARCs recently - a lot of mine are older, before I took a "hiatus" from reading.
