My Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars

My Review: I have had this book on my to read list for a while. It didn't disappoint. I award this book 4.5 stars.

Intangible by J. Meyers is a compelling read about twins-- Luke and Sera who have secret powers that they can't really share with anyone they know. Even their parents who have probably seen some of their powers don't talk about it. Sera meets a dark, handsome stranger with a big secret as well, and also runs into someone else who may possibly be a... vampire? What happens next is really fun and because of that, I am not going to talk any more about the plot.

After reading a lot of duds recently, this book was refreshing. The two main characters and their powers were intriguing and I found myself caring about what happened to them. The supernatural world that Meyers creates has a new twist on what we know from other books-- nothing is exactly what it seems. I found myself getting sucked in and not able to step away until the end. The book is complete in itself but keeps enough questions open that this could lead to a sequel or two.

I wish I could talk more in depth about all of the characters because all of them are delightfully three dimensional-- but I fear that will give too much away. Just suffice to say, this book was entertaining from beginning to end.

Overall, a terrific, fast paced read, with engaging three-dimensional characters. I will definitely be sticking around for the next book.
